Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the cream cheese with the dried oregano.

Halve the cucumber lengthwise and then cut into strips.

Thinly slice the tomato.

Meanwhile, wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and heat in the oven for 3 - 4 minutes.

Spread the wraps with the herb cream cheese. Top with the cold-smoked salmon and cucumber and tomato. IMPORTANT: Wash hands and utensils after handling raw salmon.
