Get Prepped

  • Quarter, core and grate the apple (no need to peel).
  • Equally share the yoghurt, oats and two-thirds of the honey between bowls.
  • Stir to combine.

TIP: If your honey has hardened, pop the sachet in a bowl of hot water for 1 min.

Assemble the Bowl

  • Divide the grated apple between your bowls.
  • Mix again until combined.

TIP: If you like your oats a little runnier, stir in an extra 50ml water.

Finish and Serve

  • Sprinkle the blueberries over the top of the oats.
  • Drizzle over the remaining honey to finish.
