Cooking Steps

Bash the peanuts finely with the help of a rolling pin or heavy pot. 

Boil a pot of water. Pop the peanut butter and chocolate into a bowl and place on top of the pot. Stir until melted.

Remove the bowl from the heat, stir in oats, sesame and a pinch of salt until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to the refrigerator and chill, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes.

TIP: Be careful not to over-chill, or mixture will become too hard to roll!

Once cool enough to handle, roll oat mixture into 8-10 small balls. Then toss each of the bites in the bashed peanuts and cover well with the nuts.
