13.1 HelloFresh may offer a loyalty programme from time to time. When customers order enough boxes to earn a ‘Fresh Reward’, the reward will automatically be applied to the customers HelloFresh account. HelloFresh is permitted to change or cancel the loyalty programme at any time with no prior written notice to HelloFresh customers.
14.1 If you are unhappy with your box for a legitimate reason such as: the box was missing ingredients, the box was damaged or the box did not arrive, we will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown that the box you were charged for was not supplied as it should have been.
18.1 All notices given by you to us must be addressed to Fresh Grocery Delivery Services Limited (T/A HelloFresh) at our registered office. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order, or in any of the ways specified in clause 17 above. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our Website, 24 hours after an email is sent, or two days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email, that such email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
